Refund Policy
 

Thank you for your interest in Perfect Deodorant.
Because we are currently not accepting online orders, this Refund & Return Policy applies only to purchases made in person, at events, or through direct arrangements with our team.

We will update this policy once online ordering becomes available.

1. No Online Purchases or Returns at This Time

We do not currently offer online ordering through our website.
Because of this, we do not process online returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

2. In-Person Purchases (Pop-Ups, Events, Direct Sales)

For products purchased in person, we will accept:

  • Returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase

  • Exchanges for defective or damaged items at no additional cost

  • Refunds only if the product is returned unopened and in its original condition

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, etc.)

  • The product in its original packaging (unless reporting a defect)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you believe a product is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving or purchasing the item

  • Provide details and, if possible, a photo of the issue

We will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Exchange for another product

  • Refund (if appropriate and confirmed by our team)

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used deodorant

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

  • Cash purchases may be refunded in cash or store credit (depending on event policies)
